Zenith 140 Pump Station Controller

Zenith is a new generation pump station control system, designed to integrate many of the functions that would usually be undertaken by a level controller and a PLC combined into a single unit. At it’s heart is a highly sophisticated non-contacting ultrasonic pump control system, but Zenith has also been developed with the requirements of “Sewers for Adoption 5th Edition” in mind. It therefore incorporates not only digital and analogue outputs, but also digital inputs so that pump performance, valve opening and other station operations can be monitored and reported on. Zenith also incorporates tariff avoidance software, capable of making considerable electricity cost savings by actively (and intelligently) avoiding operation during periods of maximum electricity charges.
Pulsarguard 2010 - Acoustic monitoring for solid flows

The Pulsarguard 2010 series products are non-invasive ultrasonic sensors designed to detect process change by listening to the variations in ultrasonic activity produced. Typical applications include the monitoring of solids flow such as grain or animal feed through a mill, where a blockage would cause a significant problem. Other applications include vehicle fill where pipework may be monitored. The 2010 is very good at ignoring ambient noise or vibration and only giving a signal if the process flow changes.
SandAlert - Specialist sand-in-oil monitoring for the oil industry

SandAlert is Pulsar's specialist product for the oil industry, and has saved many tens of thousands of pounds by accurately monitoring the level of sand or other solids present in oil flows. Portable or fixed on site, the SandAlert operates as an acoustic monitor, non-invasively determining the flow of particles within the pipeline and providing alarms and reports.
